Plexus IT applies a simple but thorough diagnostic process to all levels and areas of support, which allows us to find solutions to both common and complex queries alike. We will always aim to implement a resolution or advise accordingly on a remote basis in order for a remedy to be found quickly and painlessly – however, we will arrange for an on-site engineer to visit you at short notice should you require urgent assistance that cannot be provided from afar. Selected support packages also include scheduled on-site engineer visits.

Remote Assistance
Our remote assistance service enables us to access and connect to your network and/or devices remotely, allowing us to configure settings and apply patches to your software and hardware via the internet. This assistance is completely secure thanks to the RSA 2048 public/private key exchange, AES (256 bit).
Phone Support
During the hours of 9am and 6pm from Monday to Friday, our telephone support team is also on hand to field any queries or concerns you may have regarding your systems or networking. Our talented technical support staff can often remedy many problems completely remotely – but in the eventuality that an on-site visit will be required, a visiting engineer will be arranged for you as soon as possible. Should you run into a problem when our telephone support line is unavailable – and you’d like to connect with a member of our team in this way – a support ticket can be raised for you as a matter of priority.
Support Center
Our support system also benefits from a ‘support ticket’ process, by which you will be able to monitor the progress of any tickets submitted by logging into our online support centre with your own unique username and password. We believe it’s important for all of our clients to be kept up to speed with any work we are completing for them, and this has proven to have been an effective way of managing support cases across our client base.
Onsite Visits
As a further port of call, we are able to arrange for a certified and talented technician to attend your business.
